The Process
It’s all about PATTERNS! Patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving. The life you have now is the result of the patterns you have developed over your whole life up to now. Some of these are positive and lead to fulfilment, others are negative and lead to “stuckness” and disappointment.
Some of these patterns you will be aware of; others you will not be aware of. For example, you may be aware that you are going round in circles, but unaware of the underlying pattern of self-sabotage. There are many such limiting, even destructive, patterns.
On the other hand, you may be aware of success and fulfilment in one area of your life, but unaware of an underlying pattern of creativity that you have not yet tapped into. 
If you are not living a life of joy and fulfilment, it is because of patterns you are unaware of: patterns that are blocking or limiting you, and powerfully fulfilling patterns that you have not fully activated. So, the Process has three steps: - Understand your current patterns, especially those that are limiting your fulfilment.
- Uncover powerful and empowering potential patterns you already have,
but are currently unaware of. - Eliminate the limiting, blocking patterns, and liberate the powerful potential.
Dr James Walker has designed a process that enables you to do this easily and quickly: 
APS for short. You become aware of exactly how you are thinking, feeling and behaving in the present. You then become aware of any unconscious beliefs that are limiting your potential in the present, by generating patterns that keep you stuck in the past. Here comes the key part: instead of judging these beliefs and patterns, instead of resisting them, or even trying to change them, you accept that you do believe them and, using the APS process, let them go.
APS enables you to locate deep within you the definite power to change yourself. The result will be that you no longer have the unwanted beliefs, and you are no longer stuck with the patterns that go with them. The hidden potentials are now easy to identify and unlock. The result will be that you will generate new patterns leading to fulfilment and happiness. To identify what is beneath our awareness, we use two kinds of technique. The first is kinesiological testing, a form of biofeedback in which your body speaks for your unconscious mind. You will learn this technique early in the YHP course. The second kind of technique is focussed self-awareness, in which you strip away the blocks to your seeing what has always been there – your hidden potential. 
As you learn this process, and start applying it yourself in your own life, you will rapidly develop a high level of self-awareness. You will learn how to observe yourself and quickly change course when necessary. You will become aware of opportunities you have never thought of. You will understand what it means to live in the present rather than to be trapped by the past or apprehensive about the future. |
